About Us
An assistance tradition founded by physicians and legal professionals.
Our team traces its roots to MEDITURK, founded in Kuşadası in 2000, and has operated under the AID Assistance name since 2008, providing travel assistance and organisation services to international guests in Turkey. Brickell Medical Tourism was established to bring this experience to international health tourists travelling to Turkey for planned treatment.
As an international health tourism intermediary we advise our guests and their companions, forward their requests to partner healthcare facilities, present facility options, organise accommodation, travel and transfers, and provide interpreter support throughout the process.
Brickell Medical Tourism is not a healthcare facility and does not provide medical services. All decisions regarding diagnosis and treatment are made by the licensed physicians of our partner healthcare facilities; our organisation handles the organisation and coordination between the facility and the guest.
Definition under the RegulationUnder the Turkish Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist Health, an intermediary organisation is an entity operated by a licensed legal person that provides consultancy to international health tourists and their accompanying companions and other relatives within the scope of international health tourism services, and carries out the organisation of healthcare facilities and the provision of accommodation, travel and transfer services. Brickell Medical Tourism operates within this definition.

We present suitable partner hospital and clinic options and organise appointments, admission and the treatment schedule together with the facility.
Accommodation
We organise accommodation for guests and their companions in hotels close to the treating facility with easy access to the city centre.
Travel & Transfers
We plan flights and organise all transfers between airport, hotel and healthcare facility in private vehicles for guests and their companions.
Interpreter Support
Turkish, English and German interpreter support during consultations at the facility and throughout all organisation processes.
24/7 Guest Support Line
Your dedicated guest representative handles your communication from arrival to departure, meets your organisation needs and keeps your family informed.
Documentation & Translation
We organise the translation of reports and documents issued to you by the facility and facilitate communication after your return.

You send your request via WhatsApp or e-mail; our team explains the process and forwards your request to the partner healthcare facility.

Based on the treatment schedule advised by the facility, your accommodation, travel and transfer plan is presented to you.

You are met at the airport; hotel and healthcare-facility transfers are carried out with an interpreter.

Your treatment is carried out at the partner facility by its own physicians; your guest representative supports your accommodation, travel and communication needs.
